The Cool Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Choice
Great Cloud Vapor is one of several companies offering flavored e-juice and liquid cigarettes. Now the U.S. Foods and Drug Administration have issued warning letters to an additional ten companies, including Nice Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (doing business as Puff Bar) warning them to eliminate their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from industry immediately because they don’t have the appropriate premarket tobacco application in place. The FDA says it really is aware that flavored e-liquids are usually favored by young adults, but that adults also need to be protected against the over-selling of these products by adult consumers. In line with the FDA’s warning letters, some of the e-liquids in question had no flavor; however, they were being offered accessible in candy bars disguised as a healthy snack.
Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a supplement and a sports drink. These statements were misleading, the FDA claims, because no FDA regulatory expectations or laws exist to modify health supplements and sports drinks. The business’s application for a non-prescription marketplace distribution label particularly stated that the product could be used as a dietary supplement. It was not designed for use as a sports sip or an athletic supplement, based on the FDA.
Whenever a customer purchased Puff Bar, he or she should have understood that the merchandise was intended for the consumption of candies, not chewing gum, and that the tastes were added after the manufacturing process. In line with the FDA, Puff Bar included nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical substance known as atrazine, which are a harmful carcinogen. While the agency says that atrazine does not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging because the ingredients that could cause the merchandise to be misused, if ingested, by children, or a person who shouldn’t be consuming the merchandise.
The FDA says that as the manufacturers did not include correct statements or warnings concerning the potential hazards of the product, the business’s product was misrepresented. An example of a misrepresentation will be that the product was designed for those who chew gum. Parents of small kids would not choose to give their kids puff bars as a snack. They would probably think that the merchandise was more dangerous when compared to a candy bar. The only way to ensure that consumers do not become victims of false marketing would be to strictly regulate the development of e-liquids. Suppliers cannot use vague words or symbols on labels or product packaging that suggest that a product is acceptable on the market when it is not necessarily.
Puff Bar was one of the e-liquids manufactured by Cool Cloud Vapor Company. The business had other e-juice items including several premium brands, several which had a range of what flavors do puff bars come in. When I purchased my Great Cloud Vaporizer, I was expecting to purchase a product that didn’t have any flavorings inside it and therefore did not appeal to me. I was wrong.
Upon opening the box, I pointed out that the puff container looked a lot like the container for an everyday cigarette. It also held a fairly massive amount nicotine, which made it difficult to hold onto while smoking as the entire mouth area of the disposable product was filled with the whitish color of nicotine. I viewed the ingredients checklist for Puff Bar and discovered that it contained a similar things that I have arrived at expect from all of Cool Cloud’s other products: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only difference Vape Pen between this product and the other products was that this product did not have any flavorings.
After inserting the pre-filled pod device into the baggie provided by Nice Cools Vaporizer, I pressed the bottom of the mouthpiece lightly on my lips to begin smoking immediately. Immediately, my throat hit a nice warm spot on the trunk of my throat that was not present during smoking any traditional smokes. My 2nd puff sent a hurry of taste through my lips which lasted only for a second and then my throat hit another spot that lasted just a couple of seconds. I exhaled gradually while my eyes scanned the area for any sign of smoke. No cigar, no pop-can, nothing but ash.
After inhaling the initial puff, my palate quickly filled up with sweet lemon juice, followed by a gentle pepper to taste. Following the 3rd puff I experienced a nice and tangy style with a hint of bitterness. After the fourth puff I noticed that the nicotine had settled properly into my lungs, offering me all of the nicotine I needed to complete the entire session and never have to worry about getting a bad buzz from it.
